Claw Machine Rental in Las Vegas.
Las Vegas hosts the largest trade shows in America, which makes it the hardest place in America to get noticed on a show floor. A branded claw machine gave Intel the busiest booth in its hall on a Las Vegas show floor, and we can land the same machine, wrapped in your brand and loaded with your prizes, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, or Caesars Forum.

Las Vegas is one of the best-served freight destinations in the country, so transit is rarely your variable. What does vary is show-side material handling (drayage), which is billed by your show's general contractor, not by us.
Getting a Machine Into Las Vegas.
Our number one delivery method is direct to show site: we deliver to the venue dock during your show's published move-in windows, which at many Vegas shows is also the cheaper material-handling rate per pound. You tell us when the machine needs to be on the floor; working the dock queue and hitting the target window is our job. Advance-warehouse routing exists too, and we can run it when a show requires it or you prefer it, but it adds cost, so it is not our default. Inside the windows below anyway? Rush is sometimes possible. Bring your dates to a discovery call and we will give you a straight yes or no.
| Show or season | Book-by guidance |
|---|---|
| Standard Vegas timelines | Book 3 to 4 weeks before your event at minimum. |
| CES (early January) | The holidays sit inside the booking calendar. Lock your machine by late November. |
| SEMA and AAPEX (early November) | Book by early October. These shows fill every dock in the city in the same week. |
| NAB (April), MAGIC (February), World of Concrete (winter) | The standard 3 to 4 week window holds, but earlier is cheaper stress. |
The Venues, and What Each One Expects.
Every fact your operations team needs beyond this table lives in your show's exhibitor kit, and we read those kits for a living.
| Venue | What it hosts | Load-in | Union labor | COI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Las Vegas Convention Center | 2.9 million sq ft campus including the West Hall; underground Vegas Loop connects the campus | Crated freight moves through show marshaling and dock systems; hand-carry is limited to what one person can carry without equipment | Yes. Teamsters hold jurisdiction over unloading, material handling equipment, and uncrating of machinery | Show management sets COI requirements per event; we provide compliant COIs on request |
| The Venetian Expo | About 2.25 million sq ft, connected directly to The Venetian and Palazzo towers | Indoor connection means attendees never go outside; freight still routes through the show's general contractor | Yes, union material handling per show contractor | Per show management; COI available |
| Mandalay Bay Convention Center | Over 2 million sq ft, connected to Mandalay Bay and Delano | Exhibit halls reconfigure from boutique shows to full-campus events like MAGIC | Yes, union material handling per show contractor | Per show management; COI available |
| Caesars Forum | 550,000 sq ft, fully column-free, sky bridge to LINQ and Harrah's | Column-free floor makes machine placement flexible; corporate conferences here often have lighter freight processes than the mega-shows | Show-dependent | Per show or venue management; COI available |
Union and labor in Vegas, the honest version
Las Vegas is the most union-structured trade show market in the country, and pretending otherwise is how booths end up dark at 9 a.m. At the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Teamsters union has jurisdiction over unloading, reloading, material handling equipment like dollies and hand trucks, and the uncrating of machinery. Exhibitors may hand-carry only what one person can carry without any equipment. A crated claw machine is not a hand-carry item, full stop. It moves through your show's material handling program at the rates published in your exhibitor kit.
Here is the part the union rules leave to you, and to us: jurisdiction does not cover placing your products on display, or the performance, testing, and maintenance of your equipment. That is exactly where our Pro Set-Up Service lives. You (or your general contractor order) handle the drayage line item and the target move-in time. Our technician handles everything that makes the machine an attraction instead of a cabinet: placement in the booth, calibration, custom prize load, win-rate tuning, and full function testing before the floor opens. We have run this play in Las Vegas halls before, most visibly for Intel.
Booking a hotel ballroom or Caesars Forum for a corporate conference instead of a mega-show floor? Good news: your labor picture is usually far simpler, often just a venue COI and a loading dock appointment. We will confirm the specifics for your exact venue on the discovery call.

Getting around Las Vegas
Harry Reid International (LAS) sits about 4 miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center, roughly a 15 minute drive without show traffic. During CES and SEMA, double it and enjoy the people-watching.
Verdict: skip the rental car. The convention corridor runs on rideshare, the Las Vegas Monorail (Westgate has a station at the convention center's doorstep), the Vegas Loop underneath the convention center campus, and now Zoox, the self-driving robotaxi service running the Strip, the most Vegas way to arrive at a tech show since the monorail. Parking exists at the convention center, but during the big shows the queue to park can exceed the ride from your hotel. Your machine arrives by freight carrier either way, so nobody on your team needs a truck.
Three Follows Before You Land.
Vegas rewards visitors who do 20 minutes of homework. Three accounts locals actually recommend:
Vegas Starfish
The most-followed Vegas insider for hidden dining gems, hotel picks, and what is actually worth your off-hours.
Jacob's Life in Vegas
Strip navigation and neighborhood guides that save first-timers real time between the hall and the hotel.
Weather, briefly
Almost everything in Vegas happens indoors, in climate-controlled halls, so weather rarely touches your plan. The one exception: outdoor activations from June through September, when daytime highs regularly top 100 degrees. Claw machines, prizes, and attendees all prefer shade and power. If your activation is outside, tell us early and we will plan placement and power accordingly.
Where to Stay.
Stay on the convention center side of the corridor and you will walk to the hall while your competitors sit in Strip traffic. Review consensus synthesized from public ratings, as of August 2026.
| Hotel | Distance from Las Vegas Convention Center | Rate tier | Review consensus | Why this one |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Westgate Las Vegas | 2 minute walk, across the street | $$ | Solid, around 4/5 | Closest bed to the hall, monorail station on site |
| Renaissance Las Vegas | Covered walkway connection | $$$ | Strong, around 4/5 | Non-gaming Marriott, hall access without stepping outside |
| Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center | 4 to 5 minute walk | $$ | Positive | Non-gaming, frequently no resort fee, business-trip simple |
| SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Convention Center | 4 minute walk | $$ | Positive, most-reviewed of the Paradise Rd cluster | All suites, free hot breakfast before the floor opens |
| Residence Inn Las Vegas Convention Center | 4 to 5 minute walk | $$ | Positive | Full kitchens for week-long show runs |
| Resorts World Las Vegas | Vegas Loop connection to the convention center campus | $$$ | Strong | Newest big resort in the corridor, easy team block |
| The STRAT | Short rideshare up the Strip | $ | Mixed-to-positive, best value | The budget pick of the corridor, tower views as a bonus |
Where to Eat, by Occasion.
The corridor around the Las Vegas Convention Center eats better than its reputation. All picks within a short walk or ride of the hall. Consensus as of August 2026.
| Occasion | The spot | Tier | Review consensus | Why this one |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Impress a client | Edge Steakhouse (Westgate) | $$$$ | Strong | Prime and Wagyu two minutes from the hall, where corridor deals get closed |
| Impress a client, old Vegas | Piero's Italian Cuisine | $$$ | Beloved institution | Feeding convention-goers since 1982; book ahead during shows |
| Impress a client, off the Strip | Golden Steer Steakhouse | $$$$ | Legendary | The 1958 institution where the Rat Pack had booths; the classic off-Strip power dinner. Book well in advance, the vintage booths go first |
| Team dinner | Yardbird (The Venetian) | $$ | Strong | Southern comfort food that feeds a hungry booth crew |
| Team night out | Atomic Golf | $$ | Positive | Golf simulators, wings, and a debrief that does not feel like one |
| Fast lunch | Convention center food outlets | $ | Convenient | On-site options mean nobody leaves the booth uncovered |
| Late night / early call | Peppermill | $ | Iconic | 24 hours, giant breakfasts, a Vegas rite of passage |
| After-hours, on brand | Emporium Arcade Bar (AREA15) | $$ | Strong | A barcade inside AREA15; fitting research for a team shipping a claw machine |
Three Places to Take a Client.
The Sphere
The most talked-about venue in America. A show here is the easiest yes in client entertainment.
A Golden Knights or Aces game
T-Mobile Arena in winter, Michelob Ultra Arena in summer. Vegas is a real sports town now, and the locals will prove it.
Omega Mart
Meow Wolf's surreal supermarket inside AREA15: a walk-through art experience disguised as a grocery store, and the most reliably jaw-dropping 90 minutes you can give a creative-industry client. Ideal for clients who have already seen every steakhouse.
Las Vegas Wrap Concepts.
Your machine ships fully wrapped in your brand. For Las Vegas, we lean neon, retro signage, and desert, never casino. Concepts to react to:
Neon Boulevard
Your logo rendered as a glowing neon marquee on a midnight field, tube-light accents tracing the cabinet edges. Reads from across a convention aisle.
Welcome to Fabulous [Your Brand]
A polished homage to the world's most photographed roadside sign, starburst and all, with your name where "Las Vegas" goes. Instantly local, instantly shareable.
Desert Gold Hour
Mojave sunset gradient, silhouetted Joshua trees, your brand colors doing the work the sky does at 6 p.m. Calm, premium, unmistakably Nevada.
Showtime Marquee
Gold bulb-border framing, headline typography, your product billed as the main act. Corporate-polished showbiz, zero kitsch.
Prize Loads With a Las Vegas Accent.
Prizes attendees actually keep beat prizes attendees politely bin. Vegas-tuned concepts:
Retro sign enamel pins
Welcome-sign and neon-motif pins with your logo worked in; lanyard real estate is Vegas currency.
Desert plush
Custom cacti and bighorn sheep in your brand colors: photogenic, giftable, impossible to hate.
Glowing orb stress balls
A light-up sphere on every desk back home; the reference lands with anyone who has seen the Strip lately.
Neon-gradient sunglasses
Cheap to load, worn immediately, photographed constantly on the show floor.
Black-and-gold knit caps
A nod to the home teams without a licensing headache, branded with your mark.
Mystery capsule tier

Every item above can carry your logo. We source, brand, and load the prizes so your team never touches a shipping carton.

How We Would Play It.
CES
Run the Intel play. Gate plays behind demos and sessions, load mystery capsules with a headline tech prize, and let the 41XL's unique codes tell you exactly which activation drove your traffic.
SEMA
A wrapped machine is a rolling showpiece in a hall full of people who judge finishes for a living. Load garage-grade merch: branded shop towels, patches, die-cut sticker packs, one premium tool-brand collab prize.
NAB
Media people love a story they can film. A win moment with visible celebration is 15 seconds of user-generated booth content, every few minutes, all day.
Proof: Intel's booth, right here in Las Vegas
This is not a case study from some other city. Intel ran our fully branded claw machine in a 40x40 booth at a major Las Vegas trade show: gated play earned through theater sessions, demos, and breakouts, mystery capsule prizes up to a laptop, unique codes making every play attributable by activation.
"We used the claw machine to drive traffic to, and throughout, our booth. It was amazing. When other booths were empty, we still had lines." Elizabeth H., Intel.

Las Vegas Questions, Answered.
How far in advance should I book for a Las Vegas event?
Three to four weeks minimum for standard timelines, and more for the mega-shows: lock CES machines by late November and SEMA machines by early October so your target move-in window is secured. We deliver direct to show site during the published move-in windows; that is our number one delivery method.
Can I bring a claw machine into the Las Vegas Convention Center myself?
No. The convention center's hand-carry rules cover only what one person can carry without equipment, and a crated claw machine is far beyond that. It ships as freight through your show's material handling program, which is exactly how we route it.
Who physically moves the machine inside the hall?
Union labor. At the Las Vegas Convention Center the Teamsters hold jurisdiction over unloading, material handling equipment, and uncrating machinery. Your show's general contractor bills this as drayage per the exhibitor kit. Our Pro Set-Up technician then handles placement, calibration, prize load, and testing, which falls outside union jurisdiction as equipment setup and testing.
What does drayage cost for a claw machine?
It varies by show and is billed by the show's general contractor at rates published in your exhibitor kit, so we never quote it as our own number. We will help you read your kit and estimate it accurately on the discovery call.
What power does the machine need at my booth?
A standard 120V outlet. Order booth power through your show's exhibitor kit, and one standard drop covers the machine.
Do you provide a COI for Las Vegas venues?
Yes. Show management and venues set their own COI requirements, and we issue compliant certificates for the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum, and any resort ballroom.
Is a hotel ballroom event easier than a trade show?
Much. Corporate events at Caesars Forum or resort ballrooms usually involve just a dock appointment and a venue COI, with none of the mega-show drayage process. Standard 3 to 4 week booking windows apply comfortably.
Can a machine go outdoors in Las Vegas?
Indoors is strongly preferred, and from June through September it is the rule: daytime highs top 100 degrees, and machines, prizes, and players all need shade, cooling, and power. Winter outdoor activations are workable with planning.
