Custom Claw Machines, Branded for Your Event
We wrap the machine in your brand, load it with your prizes, and tune the game to your goals. The same custom builds that ran Intel’s booth, OpenAI’s launch floor, and NBC’s Love Island activation, delivered anywhere in the US.

Everything the Machine Wears Is Yours.
Canvas 1
The Wrap
A three-sided custom vinyl wrap is included in every rental; a full four-sided wrap is $349 more for freestanding placements where guests circle the machine. Your creative team works from our wrap templates so files come back right the first time. No design team? Add Design Support Services for $495 and we design the wrap for you, from your brand assets to press-ready files.
Canvas 2
The Screen (Pro 41XL)
A branded LCD touch screen with your UI, built from our screen templates. The screen can look a few different ways depending on the job you give it:
Form that unlocks a playPromo code or QR gateSocial post unlock
Canvas 3
The Prize Load
Your products, your swag, or capsule play that puts every prize tier in a bubble ball, from small branded items to top-shelf grabs. We engineer the load to your goals on the strategy call, and most clients run guaranteed-win play, because the goal is your product in as many hands as possible.
Canvas 4
The Name
Clients christen their builds, and we encourage it. Machines have gone out as “The Zillow Machine,” “The Pepsi Machine,” and more. When attendees name-drop your machine, the branding worked.
Canvas 5
The Lights
High-density RGB LED strips run your brand colors and do their own advertising from across the room: a halo across the top of the cabinet, an outline along the base, a ring around the prize door, and edge strips down the sides. Programmed to your palette, from a steady brand glow to attention-pulling motion, so the machine reads as yours before anyone is close enough to read the wrap.

The Screen’s Three Interaction Types.
On the Pro 41XL, the interaction you choose is a branding decision too: it decides what a play costs the attendee and what your brand gets back. One type is included per rental; we design the gate to your goal on the strategy call.
Interaction Type 1
Data Collection
An on-screen form unlocks the play. Every response lands in your inbox as a CSV after the event: the booth visit becomes a lead.
Interaction Type 2
Promo Code or QR Scan
A play earned by the action you choose: a demo, a meeting, a signup, or a purchase. The claw becomes your booth’s reward engine.
Interaction Type 3
Social Media
Post the hashtag and handle to unlock the claw. Use counts and the handle list are emailed as a CSV: earned reach you can actually report.

31-inch compact cabinet
Event Claw 31L
The clear-cabinet crowd-drawer: prizes visible from every direction, rolls through a standard commercial doorway, no internet needed. Best for swag distribution and foot traffic.

41-inch stage + LCD touch screen
Event Claw Pro 41XL
The 41-inch stage with the branded touch screen; form and social interactions email results as a CSV. Best for lead generation and measured activations.
Compare both machines, or Get Started and we’ll match the machine to your goal.
One Machine. Three Ways It Moves Your Event’s Numbers.
Every build is tuned to one of three client goals: leads in your CRM, a crowd at your space, or a moment the cameras find. Pick the job; we engineer the machine to do it.
Job One: Fill The Pipeline
The Lead Generation Claw Machine
Play becomes a qualified interaction. On the Pro 41XL, attendees unlock the claw by filling a short form, scanning a badge or QR, or completing the action you choose: a demo, a meeting booked, an email signup. Form and social unlocks are counted and emailed as a CSV after the event. At Intel’s booth, per-session codes showed exactly which theater sessions and demos drove traffic back to the machine.

50–60
plays per hour per machine, a constant line at your space
Job Two: Own The Floor
The Claw Machine for Foot Traffic
A branded claw machine is a crowd with a reason. The clear cabinet shows the prizes from across the floor, the LED lighting does its own advertising, and every win is a public celebration that pulls the next player in. At 50 to 60 plays per hour, the line is constant and the line is the point: it is visible proof your space is where things are happening.

Job Three: Be The Campaign
The Experiential Claw Machine
Sometimes the machine IS the campaign. Custom cabinet treatments, sponsor surrounds, set integration, and prize moments built for the camera. For NBC’s Love Island at Rockefeller Center, two machines ran inside a built set, staffed by our team, and earned their own on-camera time with the cast.

From Artwork To Show Floor.
This is the part of the build clients compliment most. We know you have a whole show to produce, so every touchpoint makes good use of your time without compromising a detail, and we pull out your expectations early so we can exceed them on the floor.
Discovery Call
One efficient call: goals, dates, venue, machine match, straight numbers.
Book It
Agreement signed, invoice paid, date locked. First come, first served. Then we take it from here.
Pre-Event Planning
We capture your expectations early so we can exceed them: wrap and screen templates to your creative team, prize plan set, graphics and prizes locked 4 weeks before your event for testing on the actual machine, artwork files and 5 sample prize items shipped to us 3 weeks before the machine needs to arrive. It ends with your Client Event Plan.
Event Success
Ships dock-to-dock (included) or White Glove to the booth, then runs exactly to plan at your chosen service level, from Self Setup to our full Brand Ambassador program.
Book Your Next Event
We play long-term games with long-term people. Your artwork stays on file and your plan carries forward, so the next build moves even faster. The first event is just the start of the relationship.
A standard build books 6 weeks out; payment in full 4 weeks before the machine needs to arrive is the hard gate. On a compressed show timeline, ask; we flex when the calendar allows. Pricing and service levels
Pick Your Level of Hands-On.
Branded builds run at every level: Self Setup is included, and fully staffed programs like NBC’s Love Island run our Brand Ambassador team all event long. Add only what your activation needs.
Self Setup
Included
We ship the machine; you set it up with our training video and on-call phone support. No on-site staff at this level; many clients run it exactly this way.
Professional Set-Up
Optional · +$1,497
A trained technician handles setup on site, starts the machine, and shows your team how to stock it. Then your event runs itself.
Full Service
Brand Ambassador + Technician
Our staff on site running the activation: engagement, prize restocking, troubleshooting, from half-day through 4-day programs. Priced per day on the pricing page.
Builds That Carried the Booth.
“When other booths were empty, we still had lines.”
Intel, Las Vegas: the claw as a 40x40 booth’s reward engine; earned plays, prizes moving into attendees’ hands all three days, per-session tracking, and lines while other booths sat empty. The Intel case study
OpenAI, Moscone Center: five show days with agency Invisible North, badge-gated plays with every scan tracked, delivered 2 days early for a union load-in window, wrap and UI built from our templates. The OpenAI case study
Experiential agencies and exhibit houses produce with us regularly, and the OpenAI build shipped inside Invisible North’s program. Your client sees your show; we make the machine side effortless. All case studies

Branding Questions, Answered.
Can I put my company's logo on a claw machine?
Yes. Every rental includes a three-sided custom vinyl wrap with your branding, produced from our wrap templates, and a full four-sided wrap is available for $349 more. On the Pro 41XL, the LCD touch screen carries your branded interface too, built from our screen templates.
How much does a custom branded claw machine cost?
Branded builds start at $6,497 plus shipping for the Event Claw 31L and $12,497 plus shipping for the Pro 41XL with its branded touch screen. Both are flat rates for 1 to 4 event days with unlimited plays, the wrap, planning, and dock-to-dock shipping handling included.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Book 6 weeks out as the standard. A signed agreement and full payment at least 4 weeks before the machine needs to arrive guarantees service, and graphics and prizes lock 4 weeks before your event for testing. On a tight timeline, ask; we flex when we can.
Can the machine dispense my own products?
Yes. Clients stock machines with their own products, branded swag, or capsule play using bubble balls that put every prize tier in play. Most clients run guaranteed-win play, so every player leaves with something and your product reaches as many hands as possible.
Who owns the lead data the machine collects?
You do, from the moment it is captured. Form and social interactions are emailed to you as a CSV after the event, ready for any CRM, and we never use attendee data for marketing. Your legal team can put that in writing with us before the event.
What did other brands do with theirs?
Intel gated plays behind booth sessions and tracked which activations drove traffic. OpenAI gated plays behind badge scans across five show days at Moscone Center. NBC ran two staffed machines inside the Love Island set at Rockefeller Center. Each build is written up in our case studies.
