Claw Machines for Sporting Events, Fan Zones, and Sponsor Activations
Game day is a captive crowd looking for something to do before the gates and between the whistles. A branded claw machine in the fan zone or on the concourse gives them a reason to stop: team merch and sponsor prizes they win instead of receive, guaranteed-win play that sends everybody back to their seats holding something, and a sponsor wrap that gets photographed all game long. We handle stadium logistics end to end.
Tennessee Titans · Game DayWhat the Machine Does on Game Day
For Teams, The Fan Experience Asset
Concourses and fan zones need programming that runs all game without staging or scheduling; the machine produces a line the moment doors open and resets itself play by play, 50 to 60 plays per hour of fans winning team merch instead of being handed it.
For Sponsors, Inventory That Activates Itself
A sponsor-wrapped machine is a sponsorship asset fans voluntarily walk to, play, and photograph. Gate plays behind a form or QR interaction on the Event Claw Pro 41XL and the activation reports itself: form and social interactions emailed as a CSV for the renewal deck.
For Brands At Tailgates And Watch Parties, The Portable Fan Zone
The same machine that anchors a stadium concourse works at a brand's tailgate lot, sports bar takeover, or watch party, with covered outdoor operation documented and the compact 31L running without internet wherever connectivity is a coin flip.
Stadium-Grade Logistics, Proven Elsewhere First
The outdoor public-crowd operation comes from NBC's Love Island fan event at Rockefeller Center: stanchioned queue on turf, machines running outdoors under cover, staffed all day. The union-venue and load-in record comes from OpenAI's machine at Moscone Center, delivered inside a union load-in window two days early. The sponsor-measurement mechanics come from Intel's gated-play system. Behind all of it: 2,000+ corporate events since 2016, nationwide.

New York Islanders · Arena ConcourseThe Fourth Quarter Machine
Built for a college-football Saturday fan zone at College GameDay scale.
A team-wrapped machine anchors the fan zone from gates to kickoff, loaded with team and sponsor merch fans win instead of receive, while the on-screen form builds your email list play by play and every entry counts in the sponsor's renewal deck. The twist that earns its name: from the season's fourth quarter on, season-ticket holders play free, turning the machine into a renewal perk with a line behind it.

The Math We Would Design To
A four-hour pregame window produces 200+ guaranteed wins per machine, with a CSV of every participant.
What Your Operations Team Needs to Know
Each machine needs a 5 by 6 foot footprint and one standard outlet. The 31L needs no internet connection, which matters on concourses and in lots where WiFi dies at kickoff; the Pro 41XL needs 2.5 Mbps for gated play and tracked interactions.
Crated freight to the venue loading dock is included, with delivery timed to your event calendar and security windows. Union venues are handled, with the Moscone precedent behind it. We provide a COI with the coverage types and limits your venue requires, and the machine is tested before gates. Covered outdoor placements are documented; open weather placements get resolved on the strategy call.
Self Setup
Included
We ship the machine; you set it up with our training video and on-call phone support. No on-site staff at this level; many clients run it exactly this way.
Professional Set-Up
Optional · +$1,497
A trained technician handles setup on site, starts the machine, and shows your team how to stock it. Then your event runs itself.
Full Service
Brand Ambassador + Technician
Our staff on site running the activation: engagement, prize restocking, troubleshooting, from half-day through 4-day programs. Priced per day on the pricing page.

Homestands, Tournaments, and Fan Fests on One Number
The flat rate covers 1 to 4 event days with unlimited plays, additional days $297 each to a 14-day maximum, which fits a homestand, a tournament weekend, or a fan fest on one number. Season-length installations are not a rental format we offer.

The Right Machine for Sporting Events.
Choose by the placement: the compact 31L for concourses and lots where connectivity fails, the Pro 41XL where the sponsor activation needs to report itself.

Event Claw 31L
The Event Claw 31L needs a 5 by 6 foot footprint and one standard outlet and runs without internet, which concrete concourses and tailgate lots punish. It is the fit for concourse placements, tailgates, and watch parties where WiFi dies at kickoff.

Event Claw Pro 41XL
The Event Claw Pro 41XL is the sponsor-measurement machine: gate plays behind a form or QR interaction and the activation reports itself, with form and social interactions emailed as a CSV for the renewal conversation. It needs 2.5 Mbps, so confirm concourse connectivity before placing it.

What a Game-Day Activation Costs
The Event Claw 31L starts at $6,497 plus shipping; the Pro 41XL starts at $12,497 plus shipping; flat 1-to-4-day rates with unlimited plays.
For sponsors: a sponsorship asset with its own line, its own photos, and its own CSV beats one more logo on an LED ribbon.
Sporting Events Questions, Answered.
Can a claw machine run on a stadium concourse?
Yes. It needs a 5 by 6 foot footprint and one standard outlet, and the Event Claw 31L runs without internet, which concrete concourses punish. We deliver to the venue loading dock, work inside your security and load-in windows, and provide the COI your venue requires.
Does it work as a sports sponsorship activation?
Yes, and it is one of the few sponsor assets fans walk to on purpose: the machine wears the sponsor's wrap, the prizes carry the sponsor's or team's merch, and gated play on the Pro 41XL emails form and social interactions as a CSV for the renewal conversation.
Can it run at an outdoor tailgate or fan fest?
Yes, under cover: our machines have run outdoor placements beneath canopies, the way NBC's Love Island event ran on an outdoor plaza. Plan a tent or canopy footprint with power, and the strategy call resolves weather contingencies for your date.
What prizes work on game day?
Team and sponsor merch fans would actually buy: caps, minis, plush mascots, jerseys as the chase item. You supply the prizes, we plan the load on the pre-event strategy call, and guaranteed-win play means every fan heads back to their seat holding something with your logo on it.
