Every Market. Same Machine. One Vendor.

Claw Machines for Roadshows and Mobile Tours

A multi-market tour lives or dies on repeatability, and entertainment is where repeatability usually breaks: a different party-rental vendor in every city means ten contracts, ten quality levels, and ten versions of your brand. We are the one claw machine operator that shows up the same in every market: same wrap program, same commercial machines, same project manager, whether the stop is Manhattan or a market where no local claw rental exists at all.

The Goals It Moves

What the Machine Does on a Tour

The Repeatable Crowd Moment

Field programs run on playbooks, and the machine is a playbook in a cabinet: set it, wrap it, and it produces the same line, the same wins, and the same photos in every market. 50 to 60 plays per hour of foot traffic, with guaranteed-win play loaded to give away as much product as you want moving.

Market-By-Market Numbers

Gate plays behind forms or QR interactions on the Event Claw Pro 41XL and each stop reports itself: form and social interactions email results as a CSV, so you can put Dallas next to Denver in the recap deck.

The Campaign Canvas, Touring

The machine carries your existing campaign city to city. Sample plays, as concepts: a regional prize drop per market, a chase item that only exists in one stop, a social unlock that opens when the tour hashtag hits a number. Your creative stays the star; the cabinet is the delivery vehicle.

Proof, Not Promises

The Operating Record Behind the Program

The public-crowd mechanics come from NBC's Love Island fan activation in New York City: multi-day, two machines, staffed, full traffic from open to close. The lead-capture mechanics come from Intel's trade show machine, with session-code gated play. The logistics record behind both is 2,000+ corporate events since 2016, delivered nationwide, union venues included.

The Ten-City Title Fight

Built for a ten-market brand tour, one machine program across all of it.

The same wrapped machine works every stop, and the cities compete for real: every play scores one point for that city, every signup scores three, and the running totals post to the leaderboard on the machine's screen and the tour's social all tour long. The top-scoring city wins the finale: the tour comes back for a bonus event and the winning market gets the exclusive last drop. Fans are not just playing a machine, they are running up their city's score, and you get ten datasets that compare cleanly because the machine and the scoring were identical everywhere.

How Tours Book

One Program, Quoted as a Tour

Tours are the one use case where our standard rental format flexes. A single event books flat-rate for 1 to 4 days; a tour books as a tour: we quote the whole program, route, rental length, and all, on a tour basis, with the wrap program, prize plan, and one project manager carried across every market. One discovery call scopes the full route; one pre-event strategy process covers every stop.

Consistency is mechanical: the same machines everywhere, wrap art produced once and applied consistently, and prize loads planned per market on the strategy call.

This page is written for field marketing teams and the tour production companies and experiential agencies that run roadshows. Your production partner builds the vehicles, footprints, and route ops; we bring the machines, wraps, and prize logistics that integrate into every stop.

Approved Capability

In-Vehicle Installs: The Machine Is the Tour Stop

The machine does not have to live at a venue footprint. We support installs inside tour vehicles, glass trucks, and trailers, so the machine is the tour stop: roll up, open the doors, and the line forms. Power, securing, and access get planned with your vehicle builder on the strategy call. They build the vehicle; we integrate the machine.

Staffing Is A Choice

What Your Route Ops Team Needs to Know

Each machine needs a 5 by 6 foot footprint and one standard outlet per stop. The 31L needs no internet connection, which matters in parking-lot and storefront stops where connectivity is improvised; the Pro 41XL needs 2.5 Mbps for gated play and tracked interactions.

Per-stop delivery runs as crated freight, dock-to-dock included at each venue, with White Glove available. The machine is tested before doors at every stop, remote phone-based technical support is standard, and a dedicated project manager knows your whole route, not just today's stop.

Self Setup

Included

We ship the machine; you set it up with our training video and on-call phone support. No on-site staff at this level; many clients run it exactly this way.

Choose by the stop: the compact model for storefront and pop-up footprints, the Pro for the big-footprint stops where market-by-market numbers matter.

Event Claw 31L

The Event Claw 31L is the compact model for storefront, mall, pop-up, and improvised tour footprints: it rolls through a standard commercial doorway, needs a 5 by 6 foot footprint and one outlet, and runs without internet. That makes it the fit for the stops where connectivity is a coin flip.

Transparent Pricing

What a Tour Program Costs

For reference, single-event rates start at $6,497 plus shipping for the Event Claw 31L and $12,497 plus shipping for the Pro 41XL. Tours price differently: because a tour is the one format where rental length flexes, the whole program is quoted on a tour basis on the discovery call, route, duration, vehicle integration, and freight included, as one number.

One line item that produces the same measurable crowd in every market beats ten one-off local rentals of ten different machines.

Straight Answers

Roadshows and Mobile Tours Questions, Answered.

Multi-City

Can you supply claw machines for a multi-city tour?

Yes, and it is what this program is built for: the same commercial machines, wrap program, and project manager in every market, quoted as one tour program with rental length flexed to your route. You stop sourcing a different local vendor in every city and run one playbook.

Lead Capture

How does lead capture work across tour markets?

Gate plays behind forms or QR interactions on the Event Claw Pro 41XL and each stop reports itself: form and social interactions email results as a CSV, so every market's engagement lands in your recap side by side. The machine carries the same gate in every city.

Fit

Does the machine work in pop-up and storefront spaces?

Yes. The Event Claw 31L is the compact model: it rolls through a standard commercial doorway, needs a 5 by 6 foot footprint and one outlet, and runs without internet, which makes it the fit for storefronts, malls, and improvised tour footprints.

Placement

Can the machine install inside a tour vehicle or trailer?

Yes. We support in-vehicle installs in tour trucks, glass trucks, and trailers, so the machine travels as part of the build and the vehicle becomes the stop. Your vehicle builder handles the build-out; we integrate the machine, and power, securing, and access get planned together on the strategy call.
