The short version: we collect what we need to answer your quote request and run your event, we do not sell your information, and you can ask us what we have or ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect when you contact us

When you submit a quote request or any other form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, phone number, company, and the details of your event. Our forms run on Jotform, which processes submissions on our behalf.

The five-minute reply

We reply to quote requests within five minutes, around the clock. Outside business hours that first reply is automated and may arrive by email and by text message to the phone number you provided. By submitting a form that includes your phone number, you agree to receive that reply and follow-up messages about your request by text. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts; message and data rates may apply. Opting out of texts does not affect your quote; we will use email instead.

What we collect when you download a guide

Gated resources ask for your name and email. We use that to deliver the resource and to send occasional emails about corporate event programs. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click.

What we collect automatically

Like most websites, we use analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you found us. This uses cookies. We use this to make the site better and to measure which pages generate quote requests. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

Scheduling

If you book a discovery call through the calendar on our confirmation page, the scheduling provider collects your name, email, and selected time on our behalf.

Event attendee data belongs to our clients

Some of our machines run an on-screen form that event attendees fill out to unlock a play. That information is collected for the client running the event, delivered to that client as a data file, and governed by that client’s privacy practices. We act as the client’s service provider for that data: we do not use attendee information for our own marketing. Questions about how a specific event’s data is handled belong to the client who ran the event.

Who we share information with

Service providers who run parts of this site and our business for us: form processing (Jotform), analytics (Google), website hosting and content systems, email delivery, and scheduling. Each processes your information only to provide its service to us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices and rights

Email contact@rentclawmachines.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will respond within the timelines your state’s law requires. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising (we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising).

Children

This site is for business buyers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security and retention

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to respond to you and run your event, and we keep it only as long as we have a business reason to: an active conversation, a booked event, or our legal and accounting obligations.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
