Every rental also includes setup scheduling the day prior or day of, removal on the last day, remote phone-based technical support, and dock-to-dock shipping handling. Listed prices reflect a 4 percent cash discount for check or ACH; paying by credit card waives the discount.

Signed agreement and paid invoice lock your date; no holds without both, first come, first served.
Book 6 weeks out as the standard; the hard gate is a signed contract and full payment at least 4 weeks before the date the machine needs to arrive. On a tight timeline, ask; we flex when we can.
Graphics and prize selections lock 4 weeks before your event for testing; artwork files plus 5 sample prize items ship to us 3 weeks before the machine needs to arrive.
Quotes expire in two weeks. Listed prices include the 4 percent cash discount (check or ACH); credit card payment waives it.

Yes, up to 14 days total including setup and teardown days, at $297 per additional day past the 4-day flat rate. We do not offer rentals or leases beyond 14 days; the service is built for events, not long-term placements.

Is there a discount for paying by check?
Yes, listed prices already include a 4 percent cash discount for payment by check or ACH. Paying by credit card waives the discount. Quotes are valid for two weeks, and a signed agreement with a paid invoice is what locks your event date.
